What happens next

We will send a verification message if an eligible account matches. We generally acknowledge verified requests promptly and complete eligible deletion or anonymization within 30 days. Complex legal holds or regulated retention may take longer.

Data deleted or anonymized when eligible

Profile and marketing preferences, device tokens, non-required profile metadata, unused uploads, optional demographic information, and ordinary app activity not required by law.

Limited data we may retain

Clinical records, payment and financial audit records, fraud-prevention records, compliance records, security and audit evidence, contractual records, and records under legal hold—only where healthcare, payment, fraud-prevention, audit, contractual, or legal duties require it.

Retained records are minimized, access-restricted, excluded from marketing and ordinary account activity, and deleted or anonymized when the retention period expires.
