Uverse Health Terms of Service

By accessing or using Uverse Health, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services. Some features may have additional terms presented when you use them; those additional terms also apply to those features.

Uverse Health provides technology for healthcare discovery, access, pricing transparency, marketplace participation, and care coordination. Unless expressly identified otherwise, Uverse Health is not the healthcare professional, facility, pharmacy, payer, or other third party providing the underlying care or service.

Platform content is for informational and coordination purposes and is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions. If you may be experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number immediately.

You are responsible for:

• providing accurate, current information;
• protecting credentials and activity under your account;
• using the services only for lawful, authorized purposes; and
• respecting the privacy, safety, and rights of other people and organizations.

You may not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, scrape protected data, impersonate another person, or use the services in violation of applicable law or another person's rights.

Our Privacy Policy explains how Uverse Health collects, uses, protects, and discloses information. Your use of the services is also subject to that policy and any privacy notices presented for a specific service.

Prices, savings, availability, and estimates may be supplied by providers, pharmacies, payers, public sources, or other third parties and may change after publication. We show freshness and confidence information when available, but marketplace information is not a guarantee of availability, coverage, network status, eligibility, or final cost.

Cash prices and public savings are distinct from personalized estimates. Estimates are informational and are not final insurer-adjudicated patient responsibility. Confirm price, coverage, clinical requirements, and eligibility with the applicable provider, pharmacy, or payer before receiving a service or making a purchase.

Paid placement, when present, must be disclosed and does not constitute a clinical recommendation or guarantee that a service or medication is appropriate for you.

The services may link to or interoperate with independent providers, organizations, pharmacies, payers, payment services, and websites. Their services, terms, privacy practices, professional judgment, and acts or omissions are their responsibility. Uverse Health does not control or endorse a third party merely by making it discoverable or technically accessible.

Uverse Health and its licensors retain their rights in the platform, software, branding, designs, and original content. Subject to these Terms, Uverse Health grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the services for their intended purpose. You retain rights in content you submit and grant Uverse Health the permissions reasonably necessary to operate and provide the requested services.

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the platform, investigate misuse, comply with law, address nonpayment, or enforce these Terms. You may stop using the services at any time and may request account deletion through our account-deletion page, subject to lawful retention obligations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Uverse Health disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and warranties arising from course of dealing. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation or the accuracy or availability of third-party information. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Uverse Health and its affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill arising from use of the services. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

We may update these Terms as the services or legal requirements evolve. We will post the revised Terms with an updated date and provide additional notice when required. Your continued use after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
